  • Telegram: Get as many students to join your telegram list so you can have a large network of students to connect to at a time.

Most of these paid platforms are free for the first one month and you don’t have an excuse not to make money.

As a newbie in the Real Estate Industry this can be quite challenging but I must say that you should not panic, there are ways around it. I will give you four tricks on how to start getting properties to advertise even if you have no connection at to anyone already in the Real Estate Industry.

  • Act as an Intermediary between other student agents and student Clients: connect and network to other student agents in your institute and promote their content as yours and ensure you participate in the field work.

  • Act as an intermediary between Local Agent and Student Client: Another way to network is by reaching out to local agents within your community. This can be a whole lot of stress but you don’t need to know so many local agents, 3 or 4 is enough to get their listing and advertise them to people in your network.

  • Network with agents on an online real estate platform: Check out what other agents online are posting and serve as an affiliate to proffer solutions to clients in your network.

  • Survey your community for ongoing housing projects and get the contact information of developers or house owners.
